I'm Louise, & I love being an Authorised Marriage Celebrant.

I also love being a Celebrant for other Life Events such as Baby Namings, Funerals, and other life transitions that are important to you. I feel it is really meaningful to acknowledge and celebrate those major occurrences that occur in our lives, and not let them simply slip by. I don't mean everything should have a party attached - quite the opposite. I do believe in the power of quiet symbolism and ritual to help capture the enormity of big changes in our lives and to give it some structure. (But a party is good too!)

I'm rather reserved in my approach and delivery - I wish I could be more 'out there' but I'm not. I'm not boring nor straitlaced, but if it's a semi-comedian you're after, that's not me. I will however be right by your side throughout all the ceremony crafting so it is exactly the way you want it.

For weddings, I offer 3 packages for you to choose from: a basic 'legals only' ceremony that takes all of 5 minutes; a classical standard-wording ceremony; or a fully personalised ceremony. The most successful ceremonies are those where you are completely invested in the content of your wedding ceremony and have the time to collaborate with me to create a truly memorable ceremony where it becomes the very heart of your wedding day.

I am Brisbane-based & live on the northside, but love driving and will happily travel for love.
