- My name is Kerryl Tobin and I am an authorised Marriage Celebrant based in Bathurst NSW. I cover all of NSW, predominantly Central West, but more than happy to travel further afield. From your first contact until after your wedding I will be right by your side as your official wedding BFF. I take care of all the legal paperwork, before, during and after, answer any questions, make suggestions and calm all the nerves. I am all for Marriage equality.
