Hello!

I'm Jess, AKA The Holistic Celebrant.

I am based in Perth, WA but am always happy for a road trip wedding a little further away. I am currently part time Marriage Celebrant, part time Occupational Therapist in Youth Mental Health. Although working in mental health is hugely rewarding, it is as equally challenging, so in mid 2020 I decided it was time to restore balance to my career - I was seeing people unhappy and feeling their worst but I wanted to see them happy and feeling their best too and so I became a celebrant!

Surprisingly or not so surprisingly my background in mental health proves super useful in weddings as they are often somewhat of an emotional affair. It means that you will have a celebrant that will not only marry you (all that legal confusing stuff), but who also has the ability to make people smile, laugh and calm those nasty nerves!

I believe I'm a 'Jess of All Trades' if you will, and am open to all shapes and sizes of weddings, from legals only to larger scale weddings and I support marriage equality whole heartedly. If you feel like half an hour of me isn't enough then I can MC your reception too!

Lastly, I'm absolutely the celebrant that will wear a costume for your themed wedding and/or say yes to the requests you never thought you could ask.
