The following information is in regards to our Professional Indemnity & Public Liability group policy, which is applicable to members of The Celebrant Society and covers only members who are practicing in a celebrancy role. Limit of Liability: $2,000,000 any one claim
Limit of Liability in the Aggregate: $4,000,000 in the aggregate for all Claims during the Period of Insurance
Defensive Costs: Costs inclusive
Excess: $500 each and every claim, cost exclusive
PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY INSURANCE
Limit of Liability: $20,000,000 any one claim
Limit of Liability in the Aggregate: $20,000,000 in the aggregate for all Claims during the Period of Insurance
Excess: $500 each and every claim, cost exclusive
